


We are two brothers. Peter specializes in harvesting & preserving wild foods, while Wolf is our Tasting Expert... Our childhood was spent in the wild forests of the Ootsa & Cheslatta, gathering sweet berries, plucking savoury mushrooms & landing quick, silvery fish on tight lines.

Through our flavours, our photos & our films, we share our fascination with edible Fungi & the Ancient Forests in which they thrive. We encourage you to learn about the symbiosis between fungi, plants & animals, how we are all connected, nourished by a network of mycelium underground & know that you too, play a key role in this entangled web of Life.
