Sales Tax (GST/HST)
Our products are Zero-Rated for GST/HST purposes under Canadian tax law. This means that while these items are taxable, the rate of tax charged is 0%. You will see a $0.00 tax line item at checkout, and no additional sales tax will be added to your order total.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada. We do ship to P.O. Boxes, RR# Addresses and Military Addresses via the (CFPS)
Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner with ClickShip to provide reliable shipping via Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post. We do not require customer accounts to shop with us. Instead, once your order placed you will receive a receipt once payment is processed. Once your order is fulfilled (packaged and labelled) via ClickShip, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
Changes to a Shipment
Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot change the content or destination of the order. Please make sure you provide us with a correct shipping address. (Note: If your submission of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address results in additional charges, this cost will be passed on to you.)
Right to Cancel a Shipment
(Note: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier service limitations to your area.) Typically, we will first place an order on hold and reach out to resolve the matter before any cancellation takes place.
Multiple Delivery Attempts / Return To Sender
Please contact us at sales@wildxmushrooms.com if your tracking link shows multiple delivery attempts and/or a return to sender. The solution will be carrier & situation dependant. (Note: We do reserve the right to refund your order less shipping fees)
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items only. You must submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Gift Cards: All sales of digital or physical gift cards are final and non-refundable.
How to Start a Return (Defective Items)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us at sales@wildxmushrooms.com with the following:

Your Order Number.

A clear Photo of the defect.

A brief Description of the issue.
Evaluation & Resolution
Once we receive your email, our team will review the defect (usually within 1-5 business days). Based on the nature of the defect, we will provide one of the following solutions at no cost to you:

Full Refund: A complete refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs.

Return Label: We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Once received, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Delivery Issues & "Porch Piracy"
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local sorting office first. If it remains missing, you must contact the carrier to initiate a missing package claim within 48 hours.
Once you have a Claim Number from the carrier, please email it to us at sales@wildxmushrooms.com. We will then work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that we cannot offer replacements or refunds for stolen items without a formal carrier investigation or a filed police report for theft.

1. General Food Safety & Allergies
Wild X Mushrooms Ltd. (“the Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) provides products that have been part of the human diet for generations. However, as with any food product, individual allergic reactions or gastrointestinal discomfort can occur, particularly when combined with alcohol. If you have not previously consumed a specific mushroom variety, we recommend starting with a small quantity. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have pre-existing medical conditions or auto-immune diseases before introducing new wild-foraged foods into your diet.
2. Non-Medical Purpose
The information provided on our labels, packaging, social media, or website is for educational and culinary purposes only. No information attributed to Wild X Mushrooms Ltd. constitutes medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed health care professional before using any product for therapeutic or medicinal purposes.
3. Wild-Foraged Characteristics & Preparation
Our products are "Wild Foraged." While we take great care to mechanically brush and clean all products, they may contain natural organic inclusions (such as pine needles or forest debris). As is standard with all raw agricultural products, all mushrooms should be thoroughly cleaned and ALL MUSHROOMS SHOULD BE WELL COOKED before consumption.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Province of British Columbia, Wild X Mushrooms Ltd. shall not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the improper preparation or consumption of our products.
5. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
