Thanks for your support! It means all the more coming from a fellow forager! When times are hard, the forest feeds us. I find that First Nation, French, Slavic, Korean, Finnish, Baltic, Scandinavian & Japanese ancestries are all represented among our best Canadian foragers!

I'm happy to hear of your recovery! While not a treatment, there is a wealth of studies showing that daily consumption of mushrooms can help: Decrease your risk of developing cancer, lower your cholesterol, promote brain, bone, & gut health, lower stress, and support a healthy immune system. I personally eat about 25g/day, drink a Chaga & Reishi tea for lunch, and ingest about 10g of gelatine daily to maintain my (very) active lifestyle as I age.

​We take special care to only dry A-grade mushrooms that some might reserve for the fresh market. We believe that quality in = quality out. We continue with a thorough brush cleaning and custom drying process to achieve an excellent flavour, colour & texture. It's a great idea to swish your mushrooms in the reconstitution liquid, then filter it. (see our video) as any mushroom can pick up bits of soil & forest debris.
